Are you looking for a stay at a host family? Then you are at the right address!
The Regional Tourist Board Arnhem-Nijmegen (RBT KAN) has provided accommodation for marchers for several years now. Every year there are booked about 2000 walkers with host familys in Nijmegen and the direct area.
Staying with a host family has a lot of benifits:
* You will get in contact with other walkers
* You will have a nice contact with your host family
* You are staying at a cosy environment
* It is cheap
* When you registrate you are guaranteed of a stay
NOTE:
From 2012(different from other years) you will receive the address of your host family as soon as we have found a suitable host family.
Stay
We only provide accommodation if you book a minimum of 4 nights (from Monday to Thursday night inclusive) and take part in the March yourself. If you want to stay at a host family with multiple persons you only have to fill in one registration form.
Booking and payment
If you do not have internet, and you accept these terms and conditions use the attached form to register and return it to RBT KAN. The total amount including €11 administrative charges p.p. (€20 after 01-06-2012) has to be paid at once. The cost for bed&breakfast are € 29,00 p.p.p.n. and for fullboard € 42,00 p.p.p.n..The amount must be transferred to our ING bank account, addressed to: RBT KAN, Private lodging Vierdaagsebed

We will start looking for a host family once we have received the full amount for your stay.
Details
If there are any details (like a disability) please let us know so we can keep that in account whilst looking for an appropriate host family.
Confirmation
You will receive the address of your host family by email or by post if you do not have email. This means you know where you will be staying before leaving, making it easier to prepare yourself for the March. The address of your host family is subject to change. (For example if the host family cancels the arrangement, in which case we will relocate you to another host family.)
The RBT KAN is not liable for expenses incurred (for example a purchased taxi shuttle ticket or bus or train ticket ("blister pass") should your host family suddenly cancel the arrangement.
Cancellation
Cancellations can only be done in writing. With that we apply the following refund policy when cancelled in the period:
• Until April 30th 2012: No refund of the administration costs
• 1 May – 31 May 2012: No refund of the administration costs including 1 night
• 1 June – 30 June 2012: No refund of the administration costs including 2 nights
• From the first of July 2012: No refund of any costs
Possible complaints can be sent in writing to RBT KAN until the 10th of August 2012.
